Walk & Talk

Expert advice to prepare your home for a faster, more profitable sale.
Our Walk & Talk Consultation is a hands-on, in-home appointment where a professional home stager walks through the property with the homeowner or listing agent. During the visit, we provide real-time recommendations on what to keep, what to remove, and how to best present each space. We’ll also offer guidance on curb appeal, paint colors, lighting, furniture placement, and more.
Need a written report? Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have it ready following the appointment.
$150 for up to 1 hour at the property

Hands-On Staging

Our Hands-On Staging service involves a professional home stager working directly in the home to transform the space on-site working with homeowners existing items. This process includes decluttering, rearranging furniture, relocating decor, rehanging artwork, and other enhancements to highlight the property's best features. By the end of the session, homeowners typically have a clear plan—and often several packed boxes—preparing the home for photography and listing.
  • $300 for up to two hours at the property

Occupied with Rental

Blending what you have with what your home needs to sell.
Our Mix & Match Occupied Staging service combines the homeowner’s existing furnishings with carefully selected rental or purchased items from our inventory. We thoughtfully curate what stays and what goes—highlighting your home’s best features while removing distractions. Then, we layer in the missing elements needed to create a cohesive, market-ready look that appeals to today’s buyers and helps your home sell faster.
Initial $200 for walk and talk, custome design and quote. Rental prices vary based on what is needed.
