Vacant Staging
Best suited for homes 1,500 sq.ft. or smaller and around $350,000. Includes 1 sofa, 1 chair or 1 loveseat with 1 -2 chairs or small sectional, 1 coffee table, 1 rug, 1 dining table and up to 4 chairs, light decor and art. Furniture and decor in this package are basic/starter home pieces.
If you choose to add a bedroom, it includes 1 metal bedframe with mattress, queen headboard and bedding, side tables, lamps and 1 pices of art over the bed.

Standard Package
Vacant Staging
Best suited for homes 1,500-2,500 sq.ft. or smaller and $850,000<. Usually includes 1 sofa, 2 chair or sectional, 1 coffee table, 1 rug, 1 dining table and up to 4-6 chairs, decor and art. Furniture and decor in this package are a mix of starter, mid-level pieces.
If you choose to add a bedroom, it includes 1 bedframe with headboard, footboard and siderails, mattress, bedding, side tables, lamps, sofa table and/or console, addition art and decor.
This package also includes towels in all bathrooms.

Standard PLUS Package
Vacant Staging
Best suited for homes 2,000 - 3,000 sq.ft. upto $850,000. This package is similar to Standard but with more attention to detial, higher end furniture pieces, and more lux-like art and accessories.

- $850,000 - $1,500,000+/-
Luxury Package
Vacant Staging
Best suited for homes 3,000 sq.ft.or larger and/or listed for $1,500,000 or higher.

Air BnB, Model Homes & Spec Homes
We can furnish your enitre AirBnB. We include everything from furniture and art to dishes, games, bedding and towels.

Staging Home Services is the sister company of Texas Property Connections and offers assistance with design, planning, permits and construction. We have a team we have fine tuned over the years and primarily work with investors to flip properties quickly to get them on the market for sale but also work with home owners from time-to-time.
