Our Walk & Talk Consultation is a hands-on, in-home appointment where a professional home stager walks through the property with the homeowner or listing agent. During the visit, we provide real-time recommendations on what to keep, what to remove, and how to best present each space. We’ll also offer guidance on curb appeal, paint colors, lighting, furniture placement, and more.

Hands-On Staging
Our Hands-On Staging service involves a professional home stager working directly in the home to transform the space on-site working with homeowners existing items. This process includes decluttering, rearranging furniture, relocating decor, rehanging artwork, and other enhancements to highlight the property's best features. By the end of the session, homeowners typically have a clear plan—and often several packed boxes—preparing the home for photography and listing.
- $300 for up to two hours at the property

Blending what you have with what your home needs to sell.
Our Mix & Match Occupied Staging service combines the homeowner’s existing furnishings with carefully selected rental or purchased items from our inventory. We thoughtfully curate what stays and what goes—highlighting your home’s best features while removing distractions. Then, we layer in the missing elements needed to create a cohesive, market-ready look that appeals to today’s buyers and helps your home sell faster.

Initial $200 for walk and talk, custome design and quote. Rental prices vary based on what is needed.
Occupied with Rental
This project features our Occupied with Rental staging package, designed to elevate a lived-in home by enhancing what’s already there while adding key pieces to create a polished, market-ready look.
In the main living areas, we brought in artwork, décor, and fresh pillows for the sofa, along with new bar stools and styled kitchen and dining accents. The formal dining room was elevated with a table runner, greenery-filled vases, and oversized statement art.
In the office, we added artwork and an accent chair, while also restyling and decluttering the bookcases and desk for a clean, functional feel.
The primary bedroom was transformed with neutral bedding and pillows, updated lamps, a bench, accent chair, artwork, and a tree to soften the space. Guest and secondary rooms were refreshed with new bedding, lamps, and art to create a cohesive, inviting look.
