Hybrid Set Up in Central Austin
When the owners purchased this home, it came with a few pieces of furniture but felt dark and a little bland — so we gave it a fresh new vibe! We replaced the sofa and artwork, added cozy accent chairs, stylish lamps, Austin-themed books, and curated décor to create a warm, inviting living space perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
In the kitchen, we went all out to make sure you have everything you need. From dishes, pots, and pans to glasses, cups, and a coffee maker — it’s fully stocked and ready for your stay. We also purchased all-new bedding, sheets, towels, and pillows to give you that fresh, hotel-like feel. (And yes, we know exactly how long it takes to wash linens for an entire house — worth it!)
Throughout the home, you’ll find touches of Austin everywhere. The master bedroom features a stunning photo of the Texas Capitol, the second bedroom showcases local watering holes and natural springs, and the third bedroom has a playful scooter-and-stoplight theme. The half bath even has a fun ATX sculpture, and the living room highlights the iconic 360 Bridge.
This isn’t just a place to stay — it’s your home base for an authentic Austin experience.

Budget Friendly Set up in New Braunfels, Texas AirBnB
New Braunfels is known for summer fun and floating the river, so we wanted this short-term rental to stand out from the rest with a modern, playful vibe. The home started as a blank canvas, so we brought it to life with a bold palette of colors, a dark gray sofa, and a statement piece of art as the focal point of the living room.
To add personality and function, we chose a whimsical light fixture for the living room, sleek modern fans for the bedrooms, and a peel-and-stick backsplash in the kitchen for an extra pop of color—proof that great design doesn’t have to break the budget.
In the master bedroom, we went with a king-sized bed for ultimate comfort and added a dedicated desk and chair for professionals who might need to stay connected, even on vacation. The secondary bedrooms feature unique artwork created from photos the owner personally captured around Texas—a thoughtful and fun surprise that adds a personal touch to the space.
The result is a stylish, vibrant retreat designed for guests to relax, recharge, and make the most of their New Braunfels getaway.

Football Ready Set up in College Station, Texas AirBnB
The photos you see were taken right before the Airbnb was fully completed — updated images are on the way! This property was designed as a hybrid setup, blending the homeowner’s existing pieces with fresh additions from Staging Home Services.
We started with the homeowner’s oversized brown leather sofa from their game room and built the living area around it. To complement the space, we brought in two console cabinets, stylish accent chairs, and shelving stocked with games for guests to enjoy. We also ordered two large ottomans to serve as a coffee table, provide extra seating, or even double as a cozy sleeping spot for little ones.
In the dining area, the owner originally had a four-seat table, but we replaced it with a spacious table for eight to better accommodate larger groups. We’ve learned from vacationers that ample seating is a priority, and we always listen.
Because this property is located in College Station, we added thoughtful local touches throughout — including a map-themed pillow, football-inspired mantel décor, and football-themed dishes in the kitchen. To make the stay even more fun, we incorporated a giant Connect Four in the entryway, a dartboard and basketball hoop in the secondary bedrooms, and a firepit on the back porch for relaxing evenings.
This design balances style, comfort, and entertainment — creating a space that truly feels like home while giving guests an unforgettable experience. P.S. We're hoping to add murals to the bedrooms in the future. Imagine a basketball court on the back wall with the twin beds or a baseball arena behind the queen bed.
