Best suited for homes 1,500 sq.ft. or smaller and around $350,000. Includes 1 sofa, 1 chair or 1 loveseat with 1 -2 chairs or small sectional, 1 coffee table, 1 rug, 1 dining table and up to 4 chairs, light decor and art. Furniture and decor in this package are basic/starter home pieces.
If you choose to add a bedroom, it includes 1 metal bedframe with mattress, queen headboard and bedding, side tables, lamps and 1 pices of art over the bed.

Standard Package
Vacant Staging
Best suited for homes 1,500-2,500 sq.ft. or smaller and $850,000<. Usually includes 1 sofa, 2 chair or sectional, 1 coffee table, 1 rug, 1 dining table and up to 4-6 chairs, decor and art. Furniture and decor in this package are a mix of starter, mid-level pieces.
If you choose to add a bedroom, it includes 1 bedframe with headboard, footboard and siderails, mattress, bedding, side tables, lamps, sofa table and/or console, addition art and decor.
This package also includes towels in all bathrooms.
